Components of the State Farm 总理服务 程序 include:

  • Emergency water removal services (U.S.)
  • Flooring repairs or replacement

Is My Claim Eligible for State Farm 总理服务?

Water Mitigation Only 程序 和 Flooring Installation 程序

  1. Report the loss to your property.
  2. Choose a participating independent service provider; your claim h和ler can provide you with names of participating independent service providers. We will notify the independent service provider you select of the assignment.
  3. Schedule an appointment when the independent service provider contacts you.
  4. You approve the estimate 和 authorize repairs.
  5. You pay your deductible to the independent service provider.
  6. 您授权在圆满完成维修后向独立服务提供商支付最终款项.

Contractor 服务s 程序

承包商服务计划利用承包商网络服务提供商(CNSP)管理独立总承包商的网络.

  1. Report the loss to your property.
  2. Choose a CNSP; your claim h和ler can provide you with names of participating CNSPs. We will notify the CNSP you select of the assignment.

  4. General contractor schedules an appointment with you to inspect the damage.
  5. General contractor returns the estimate to the CNSP 和 State Farm for review.
  6. State Farm reviews the estimate 和 contacts you.

  4. Roofing contractor schedules an appointment with you to inspect the damage.
  5. Roofing contractor returns the estimate to the RNSP 和 State Farm for review

What 服务s Are Included?

Water Mitigation Only 程序 和 Flooring Installation 程序

State Farm 总理服务 程序独立服务提供商可以提供除水和/或地板维修和更换. These service providers will:

  • 回复:24/7
    • For water mitigation, 服务提供商将在1小时内与您联系，并在接到任务后4小时内到达现场开始减水工作(在量大的时候), 供应商可能需要超过1小时与您联系，超过4小时开始工作).

  • Begin when you authorize the work.
  • Provide a 5-year warranty on their workmanship.

Contractor 服务s 程序

Contractor Network 服务 Providers (CNSP) can assist with identifying 和 selecting a general contractor who can provide an estimate 和 complete building repairs; your claim h和ler can provide you with names of participating CNSPs. We will notify the CNSP you select of the assignment. These CNSPs will:

  • 联系 you within 1 hour.
  • Make the assignment within 1 hour to the participating general contractor you choose from their network; the participating general contractor will contact you within 2 hours of receiving the assignment to arrange an inspection.
  • 在将参与的总承包商的估算送回State Farm进行审核之前，对其进行审核.
  • CNSP network participants will provide a 5-year warranty on their workmanship.

Roofing 服务s 程序

Roofing Network 服务 Providers (RNSP) can assist with identifying 和 selecting a roofing contractor who can provide an estimate 和 complete roofing repairs; your claim h和ler can provide you with names of participating RNSPs. We will notify the RNSP you select of the assignment. These RNSPs will:

  • 联系 you within 1 hour
  • Make the assignment within 1 hour to the participating roofing contractor you choose from their network; the participating roofing contractor will contact you within 2 hours of receiving the assignment to arrange an inspection
  • 在将参与的屋顶承包商的估算送回State Farm进行审核之前，对其进行审核
  • RNSP network participants will provide a 5-year warranty on their workmanship

Can I Use My Own Contractor?
